The terms governing the use of Acadex platform services provided by HiQTek Integrated Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering a school portal, accessing student records, or utilizing the Acadex platform, educational institutions and users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Services are provided by HiQTek Integrated Services.
2. 1-Year Free Trial & Pricing
- 1-Year Free Trial: Every newly registered school receives one (1) full academic year of free, unrestricted access to all modules including Broadsheets, CBT, Finance, and Parent Portals.
- Post-Trial Subscription: Following the 1-year free trial, subscription pricing is billed transparently at ₦1,000 per student per academic term.
3. Account Responsibilities
School administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials, managing staff access permissions, and ensuring accuracy in grade entries and CBT question upload.
4. Service Level Commitment & Uptime
HiQTek Integrated Services guarantees a 99.9% platform availability SLA. Scheduled maintenance operations are performed during non-school hours with advance notification sent to school administrators.
