To provide automated broadsheet generation, CBT examination processing, and school administration services, we collect:
- School Institutional Information: School name, address, subdomain, contact numbers, and administrator profiles.
- Academic Data: Student enrollment records, class rosters, attendance logs, exam scores, and teacher evaluations.
- Financial & Billing Information: Fee breakdown structures, payment receipts, and billing history.
- Technical Logins: IP addresses, browser types, session timestamps, and security audit events.
3. Data Security & Storage
All customer data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. School tenant data is logically isolated using multi-tenant architecture with strict tenant ID checks (`X-Tenant-Subdomain`) on every API request.
